School Board

 

Southeastern Academy Charter School is a North Carolina nonprofit corporation and, as such, ultimate responsibility for the overall operation of the school rests with its Board of Directors.  Southeastern has no shareholders or owners, and board members serve strictly as volunteers and in accordance with the school’s bylaws.

Board Meetings are open meetings. You may attend any meeting. The Board of Directors meeting will take place in the Southeastern Academy Charter School science classroom at 6:00 PM. If you wish to speak at the Board Meeting, notify the Principal that you wish to speak as part of public comment beforehand.
